Japan Centre has a wide range of chilled food items available to buy online such as healthy natto, edamame beans, gyoza skins and dorayaki cakes. All of these items are sent out in chiller boxes to make sure that the item arrives with you as fresh as possible. Due to the chilled status, we can only send these items within the UK using our courier service, or to our online Collection (Acton) customers.

All items in this category must be sent using ‘After Dispatch: Before 12 Noon’ delivery to UK mainland addresses only.
• You will receive an automated email the day your order is shipped.
• We cannot accept responsibility for inedible or expired items if no one is in to receive the parcel at the given address on the first attempted delivery.
• Please note that all chilled items are sent out in a special chiller box which has an additional £1.70 per polybox used and will arrive chilled not frozen.
