This junmai daiginjo sake has been made with Japanese rice polished down to 50% of the grain and has a heady aroma of melon twinned with the zesty taste of tropical fruit.

Background

Sake is Japan’s most famous alcoholic drink. Brewed using special sake rice, it has many different types and grades depending on the brewing process, ingredients used and percentage the rice is polished. Junmai diaginjo sake contains no brewers alcohol and is made with highly polished rice resulting in a premium quality sake.

How To Use

This junmai daiginjo sake goes especially well with lightly seasoned dishes or steamed vegetables.
• Serve chilled with ice for a refreshing drink.
• Alternatively, serve at room temperature.
