A box of dried ramen noodles and miso flavoured soup. This miso ramen comes with thick and chewy noodles and a soup consisting of a tonkotsu pork base blended with white, rice and soy bean miso from famous Hiroshima-based miso masters Masuyamiso. This creates a deliciously savoury and rich broth for a miso ramen dish of superb taste and traditional Hiroshima flavours.

Dried ramen noodles are generally better quality than instant noodles and contain less additives to make them healthier for us too. A great option for all your favourite ramen dishes.

How To Use

For delicious restaurant quality miso ramen:
• Empty the packet of soup into a bowl and add 300ml of water.
• Empty the dried ramen noodles into a pan of plenty of boiling water and simmer for approx. 3 mins.
• Drain the noodles and add to the soup. Garnish with your preferred ingredients such as pork or spring onion and serve!
