
We will substitute your item for something that is very similar. We will send you a similar item which is chosen by our team of experienced staff, usually a different brand or slightly different flavour or size. We always strive to make sure that the total cost of the completed order will be higher than your original total if we are required to substitute any items. You will still be charged the original amount. Should the item cost be less, we will charge the reduced amount.
Please note that in some situations there may be no similar items with which to substitute. In this case, the item will be removed from your order. You will be notified by email if this happens.

If you choose this option, we will remove any items from your order that are not in stock and send the remaining items as soon as we can. You will be notified by email if any items are removed from your order. If more than half of your ordered items are not available, we will contact you to ask you how you would like to proceed.
